For the Vila Monte Carlo in Trenčianske Teplice project, we carried out the complete renovation of the existing building, including comprehensive construction and structural works aimed at restoring and modernising the premises. The project required a complex approach, thorough coordination of individual stages of the works, and respect for the character of the original building.
The renovation included extensive construction modifications, modernisation of the facility, and renewal of individual structural and functional elements. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality workmanship, precise execution of details, and creating a modern building that meets current requirements for comfort and operation.
The result is a renovated building that combines the original character of the property with modern technical solutions and functional requirements.
