For the significant customer ZVS holding, we carried out the complete turnkey construction of the Pipeline Energy Bridge, including earthworks, foundation works, delivery, and installation of the steel structure with trapezoidal sheet cladding. The project represented a comprehensive solution for a technological structure designed for routing pipelines and cable systems, with an emphasis on stability, safety, and long-term operation.
The load-bearing structure of the bridge consists of a spatial steel truss system formed by two main truss girders supported on steel pylons. The stability of the structure was ensured by horizontal and vertical diagonal bracing, while the main truss girders were manufactured as fully welded structural elements. The project also included a secondary supporting structure for the installation of cable walkways and the roofing of the structure with trapezoidal sheet covering.
The result is a functional and reliable technological structure delivered as a turnkey project, meeting the requirements for safe and long-term operation.
