Turnkey Construction – Elevator Shaft
The project included earthworks, excavation, and micropiling, followed by a monolithic reinforced concrete base slab with walls. The lower part of the shaft consists of six micropiles, a bedding layer of concrete, and a reinforced concrete base slab.
The upper part of the shaft was constructed as a steel structure, clad with sandwich panels. The openings from the shaft to each floor were executed by welding trapezoidal sheets to the steel frame attached to the existing building, upon which the floor layers were built. The level of these floor openings was adjusted to match each floor.
The top of the shaft is finished with a roof consisting of trapezoidal sheets welded to the steel frame, with thermal insulation.
