Bridge structure SO 209 is an important part of the final construction section D1 0136 Říkovice–Přerov of the new D1 motorway, forming part of the route from Vyškov to Lipník nad Bečvou. Together with the D35 and D55 expressways, it will complete the basic transport backbone of the higher-level road network in Central Moravia.
The total length of the section covered by SO 209 is 961 m. The structure consists of two parallel bridges: the left bridge in the Ostrava–Brno direction and the right bridge in the Brno–Ostrava direction.
The main load-bearing structure of the bridge consists of two independently composite steel–concrete twin-girder structures with a deck slab on top, comprising 20 spans and founded on common deep foundations. Structurally, both load-bearing structures form one continuous beam in the longitudinal direction. The left load-bearing structure, with a total width of 17.700 m, has two main girders with an axial spacing of 8.550 m. The right load-bearing structure, with a total width of 15.550 m, has two main girders with an axial spacing of 7.500 m. The structural depth of the bridge is 4.841 m, and the total theoretical length of the steel load-bearing structure is 925.8 m.
The project was successfully completed at a total value of CZK 224,311,275.
