The subject of the contract is the execution / fabrication and installation of the bridge steel structure. The load-bearing structure consists of a simply supported composite girder. The bridge comprises a single span with a length of 26.23 m. The total length of the load-bearing structure is 28.611 m.
The structure is designed as a six-girder system made of welded plate girders (I-sections) of constant depth. The steel girders are compositely connected with a reinforced concrete deck slab with a thickness of 250 mm. The centre-to-centre spacing of the girders is 2.05 m, and the deck width is 11.650 m.
The top surface of the slab follows the transverse slope of the roadway – a single-sided 3.0% crossfall with a drainage channel at the right edge. The longitudinal gradient of the load-bearing structure follows the vertical alignment of the bridge. The axis of the load-bearing structure is parallel to the axis of the roadway.
